This role offers the opportunity to influence global strategy while collaborating with a mission-driven leadership team. The Director of Finance will lead global financial operations, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management, while supporting long-term growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global financial strategies to support international operations, expansion, and profitability Oversee global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure, international tax structures, and compliance Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and regulations Lead and mentor regional finance teams to drive consistency and best practices Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations Support mergers, acquisitions, and other international initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's degree preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish
REQUIRED
