We are partnering with a growing organization to identify a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. $80,000-$135,000 DOEKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations and supervise a team across AP, AR, billing, and payroll-related functionsPrepare and review financial statements, reports, and account analysesManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance reportingSupport multi-entity financial reporting and standardized reporting processesDevelop, improve, and document accounting policies and proceduresEnsure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with reporting standardsPartner with leadership on financial planning, operational analysis, and decision supportAssist with system improvements and ERP transition initiativesCoordinate with external accounting and audit partners as neededQualificationsConstruction industry accounting experience requiredStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, and senior-level accounting responsibilitiesExperience with multi-entity financial reportingAbility to create structure, improve processes, and work in a hands-on environmentERP system experience requiredBachelor's degree highly preferred, but not requiredIf you are interested in learning more, please apply today or contact our team directly.
