E.A. Buck is a fast-growing wealth management company with dual headquarters in Honolulu and Denver and has a national footprint. We're seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead financial advisor teams, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional client experience across a designated region. This is a high-impact, player-coach role ideal for a proven financial services leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
NOTE:
Candidate can be based in Honolulu, Bay Area of northern California, or the Seattle metro area. Salary /

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and hold advisors accountable to regional KPIs and revenue goals Manage sales processes, workflows, and performance tracking Maintain a personal client base and support advisor client meetings Deliver training on planning, products, and best practices Drive lead conversion through workshops, events, and integrated marketing efforts Partner with marketing to generate and convert new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
10+ years in financial services with leadership and management experience Proven ability to drive sales and develop financial advisors Series 65 or a Series 7 paired with 66 and Life & Health licenses required; CFP® preferred Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, must be comfortable with public speaking Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven Ability to travel Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.
