This role will oversee financial performance, operational efficiency, inventory management, business analytics, and site administration while helping drive accountability, process improvement, and profitable growth across the business. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and operationally minded leader who enjoys solving problems, building teams, and influencing business decisions beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and naturally curious. They are comfortable rolling up their sleeves, partnering with leadership, and driving meaningful business improvements through both financial and operational insight. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations tied to operational drivers Monitor KPIs related to sales, margins, productivity, inventory, and cash flow Drive operational discipline through reporting cadence, accountability, and performance visibility Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization Support inventory accuracy, cycle count processes, and working capital management Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, HR, and administrative teams Help develop managers and foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture Oversee compliance-related activities, internal controls, and risk management initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Progressive leadership experience within finance, accounting, operations, or business management Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred Operational mindset with strong business acumen and customer focus Compensation package includes a base salary in the $160,000-$180,000 range plus strong bonus potential.
