Controller:
- Lead monthly and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll operations
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts, including quarterly updates
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue and expense analysis
- Manage and develop accounting staff, including goal setting and performance tracking Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
