We are a lean, growing operation where the right person will not just close the books—they will help shape how the business runs. About the Role We are looking for a Controller who is more than an accountant. This is a senior operating role that sits at the intersection of accounting, compliance, operations, and technology. You will report directly to ownership and take broad responsibility for the financial health and operational information systems of the business. The right person for this role has strong accounting fundamentals and also understands that the future of financial management is data-driven, technology-enabled, and tightly connected to how the business actually operates. This is not a traditional accounting management role. The Controller at FCP manages financial functions and also serves as the company's internal technology and systems resource for finance and operations. You will have the opportunity to significantly shape how financial information flows through the business and how technology is used to improve operations. If you are a Controller who also knows how to build a Power BI dashboard, automate a reporting workflow, design a job cost database, or evaluate a software platform, this role was written for you.
