Controller

We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and provide strong financial oversight for a growing organization. This position is suited for a hands-on accounting leader who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution while guiding a small team. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the company's accounting activities, ensuring financial records are accurate, timely, and aligned with applicable standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes while maintaining strong internal controls and reliable reporting practices.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, setting clear expectations and supporting focused development within the team.
• Partner with leadership to review financial performance, explain results, and help inform business decisions.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for audits and compliance needs.
• Improve accounting workflows and systems usage to increase efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and maintain smooth day-to-day processes.
