Key responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including bank and account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations Prepare and present financial statements and reports to the Board of Directors Supervise and support a tenured three-person accounts payable team Coordinate and oversee sales tax audits with accuracy and attention to detail Partner with managers across retail locations to support financial operations and communication

Qualifications:

5-8 years of leadership experience in management and supervisory roles Strong knowledge of financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with Great Plains is preferred This fully on-site position offers a steady schedule with no overtime, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a business-casual environment.
