As Controller, you will partner closely with senior leadership, help drive financial performance, and build scalable processes that support future expansion. Position Overview The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions while providing leadership to the accounting team. This individual will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, strengthen internal controls, and support key business decisions through financial analysis and strategic insight. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Controller will serve as a trusted business partner across operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll oversight Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes Develop and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies Partner with operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and profitability Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors Monitor key performance indicators and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making Mentor, develop, and lead the accounting team Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support continued business growth Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA preferred 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting Experience leading accounting teams and developing staff Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Why Join This Company?
