We are seeking a Director of Finance to partner directly with executive and operating leaders to drive disciplined decision-making, operational improvement, and long-term financial performance. This is a high-impact role for a practical finance leader who wants to be close to the business—not just reporting results but shaping outcomes. What You'll Do Deliver clear, timely financial reporting and insight across multiple operating units Analyze monthly and quarterly results, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for leadership Provide financial modeling and recommendations for: Fleet and capital investments Pricing and contract decisions Labor and operational structure changes Facilities, technology, and system investments Partner with operations leaders to improve margins, productivity, and cost discipline Lead or support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range planning Support capital allocation decisions with ROI, cash flow, and leverage awareness Mentor finance staff and improve finance processes and analytical rigor What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation Experience in asset-intensive or operationally complex businesses preferred Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial leaders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) Why DeVivo Direct exposure to executive leadership and meaningful decision-making A finance role that influences how capital is deployed and how the business grows Pragmatic, values-driven culture with long-tenured leadership Opportunity to make a visible impact in a stable, growing organization Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.
