What You'll Do Lead all financial operations across dealership(s), including: Monthly financial statement preparation and analysis Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Oversight of accounting office processes and team development Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls are maintained at the highest level Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational performance Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices Hold the team accountable to high standards while developing and mentoring staff What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership controller experience. Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting Proven leadership ability and team development skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and accountability A self-starter mindset—someone who pushes to improve every day Strong communication and organizational skills Why Us?
