Lead annual audits and coordinate relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, banking partners, and financial advisors. Serve as the Company's primary liaison with the outside CPA firm and with the Company's sales tax and R&D tax credit preparation providers, coordinating information requests, filings, and deliverables across all entities. Manage relationships with the Company's insurance providers across all aspects of the business, including property, casualty, workers' compensation, employee benefits, and related coverages, overseeing renewals, policy reviews, and claims coordination. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, regulatory obligations, and company policies, including proper revenue recognition, lease accounting, and fixed-asset and depreciation accounting.
