Ridgefield, CT Business Unit Controller Northern Fairfield County Hybrid An established international organization in manufacturing is seeking a Business Unit Controller to lead finance operations. This high-impact role reports directly to the Corporate Controller and offers exposure to global leadership, operational finance, and strategic decision-making. What You'll Do Lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, and forecasting across multiple entities
Manage monthly/annual close, reconciliations, cash flow, and external audits
Provide leadership and development for accounting teams across three countries
Drive automation and process improvement across finance systems and controls
Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with executive leadership What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
10+ years of progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong ERP knowledge (D365 a plus), Excel, and data analysis skills
Leadership in multi-entity, multi-currency environments
