$120,000 – $145,000 + personal bonus + company bonus Greater Hartford, CT

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Controller The Controller will own financial reporting and oversee day-to-day accounting operations Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare and review financial statements Oversee cost accounting and related analysis Drive budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actuals Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
