Job Description
The Washington, DC office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 2-3 years' experience. Experience in structured finance and securitizations is preferred. Capabilities include drafting complex lending documents, such as warehouse credit agreements and managing multiple transactions at once.
