Job Description

Build and deepen relationships with some of the largest, fastest-growing online travel companies. In this role, you will shape payment strategies that help clients scale, improve controls, and simplify reconciliation. You will partner across teams to deliver solutions that make a measurable impact on client outcomes and revenue growth. As a Relationship Manager in the Commercial Card team, you will own a portfolio of large, complex Online Travel Agency (OTA) clients with significant annual payment spend. You will drive growth, expand share of wallet, and protect revenue through proactive engagement and disciplined account planning. You will act as a trusted advisor, bringing forward ideas and solving issues quickly across end-to-end payment journeys. You will collaborate closely with internal partners to deliver scalable solutions across virtual card and broader payables strategies. Job responsibilities Own and execute growth and retention strategies across a portfolio of large Online Travel Agency clients Identify and deliver revenue opportunities through virtual card expansion, optimization initiatives, and broader payables strategies Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients and internal partners Lead solution design and delivery by coordinating across product, sales, implementation, and service teams Maintain a deep understanding of online travel business models, payment flows, and market dynamics Drive a strong client experience through proactive engagement, structured account reviews, and issue resolution Partner with corporate coverage and treasury partners to align priorities and maximize client outcomes Track and deliver against portfolio revenue, growth, and client satisfaction goals Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of experience in payments, treasury services, or commercial card Experience supporting Online Travel Agency clients or similarly complex, high-volume payment environments Knowledge of commercial card and virtual card solutions, including payables optimization at scale Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and operate as a trusted advisor Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and client satisfaction with measurable results Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple client initiatives in a fast-moving portfolio Experience presenting to and influencing senior executive stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop tailored, scalable solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and customer relationship management tools (for example, Salesforce) Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex payment topics into clear client outcomes Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Online Travel Agency payment ecosystems, including supplier payments, intermediaries, and reconciliation challenges Experience with APIs, file-based integrations (sFTP), and client ERP/accounting systems Strong financial acumen and ability to translate payment strategies into revenue and profitability opportunities
