This individual will play a key role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, business analytics, and executive decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial services, lending, banking, specialty finance, or other analytically complex environments where financial performance is driven by portfolio dynamics, capital deployment, and sophisticated modeling. This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and investors while helping guide the company through its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, capital allocation, and business performance analysis. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate growth initiatives, profitability drivers, and operational performance. Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights to executive leadership, board members, and investors. Analyze portfolio performance trends and key business metrics to identify risks and opportunities. Support liquidity planning, capital strategy, and financing-related initiatives. Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting capabilities, and financial processes. Partner with cross-functional leaders across operations, technology, risk, and finance to support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Assist with strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and other corporate development activities as needed. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience. Prior experience within financial services, specialty finance, lending, banking, asset management, or similarly complex financial environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise building and maintaining sophisticated three-statement financial models. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Experience presenting financial results and business insights to executive leadership and investors. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required; experience with BI and data visualization tools preferred. Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial analysis and strategic partnership. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
