Quantitative Program Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role you drive portfolio construction and risk analytics as the PMG program's subject matter expert. You lead cross-team initiatives, mentor analysts, and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into improvements with measurable impact. You will shape innovative solutions to advance client investment goals and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic PMG initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on optimization, risk analytics, and automation at scale.

• Provide leadership and SME for cross-team analytics, risk management, back-testing, and portfolio construction/automation initiatives
• Manage prioritized programs to deliver measurable outcomes and value
• Assess needs, evaluate solutions, and implement programs to create significant benefits
• Foster relationships with key partners across IT, Legal & Compliance, HR, third-party vendors, and PMG teams
• Create and oversee training materials and development for teams
• Coach and mentor team members on program knowledge and products
• Identify, build, and track metrics to evaluate success and identify improvements
• Prioritize and coordinate with vendors on impactful feature enhancements
• Organize research and testing to guide rollout and ongoing optimization
• Contribute to employee education on rolled-out solutions
• Lead change and transition management within the team and across PMG Tasks
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 10+ years of hands-on experience in optimization technology and portfolio-related programs
• Proven ability to elicit cooperation from senior management, clients, and other departments coupled with strong written and oral communication
• Ability to identify needs and design effective solutions
• Experience working independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with adaptability to shifting priorities
• Experience with portfolio construction tools including Axioma, Barra, and/or FactSet Key requirements
