This role ensures timely revenue collection, controlled expenses, and accurate, audit-ready financial records. Key Responsibilities Manage cash flow, income, expenses, and fleet-related financial tracking Oversee invoicing, billing, collections, and receivables Ensure timely payment of vendors, bills, and operational/fleet costs Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online Track financial performance, outstanding invoices, and fleet expenses Coordinate with internal teams and bookkeeping support Drive collections and follow up on overdue accounts Maintain organized, up-to-date financial systems Qualifications 2-3+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations Strong QuickBooks Online experience required Experience with invoicing, collections, and cash flow management Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills Excellent communication and follow-through Ability to manage multiple financial priorities in a fast-paced environment Work Environment In-office, high-responsibility financial role Direct impact on cash flow, operations, and fleet cost control Fast-paced, structured, accountability-driven environment Opportunity to improve financial systems and processes This role is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, control, and stability across the organization.
