Controller Salary:
$150,000 – 200,000 base + up to $30% target bonus

Manage and mentor the accounting team through a period of transformation Oversee AP, AR, and GL work Lead monthly closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance Drive process improvements and implement cost management initiatives Work closely with the CFO on financial planning and guide decision making Responsibilities of the
Controller:
Active CPA (US) is required 10+ years of experience including experience managing an accounting team Manufacturing industry experience; food manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred Expertise in process improvements and cost management #
