In this key role, you will be responsible for the financial and accounting responsibilities in all areas. The right candidate will work along side the CFO and be able to work independently with little supervision. Being able to multi-task and prioritize material work is key. We need a team leader, trustworthy, and desire to exceed expectations. Audio Images is located in Jacksonville, FL, near the northeast section of 295. Responsibilities:

Management of G/L and monthly financial statements Assistance with Departmental budgets Commissions calculations and expense reimbursements for Sales team Oversight over the Accounts Receivable team, high volume activity Cash management HR and Payroll Responsibilities, employee hiring forms Payroll, sales, tangible tax returns Utilize accounting and CRM (customer relationship management) software

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will: experience with managing a team with effective leadership multi-state sales tax experience a plus demonstrate strong knowledge of Quickbooks Online be able to provide excellent customer service be extremely dependable and ability to work independently be eager to assist with projects outside of primary responsibilities pass a criminal background check Preferred qualifications: Accounting degree Ability to multi-task with an effective outcome Ability to work with all Microsoft Products (excel, word, etc.) Strong experience using
