Director of Finance - Physician Group Operations ???? South Florida | Healthcare Finance Leadership Opportunity A highly respected and rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Director of Finance to support its expanding physician enterprise. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and enjoys partnering closely with operational, physician, and executive leadership to drive organizational performance, growth, and innovation. The Director of Finance will play a critical role in transforming financial planning and analytics capabilities across the physician group while helping shape strategic and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic finance partner to physician group and executive leadership Lead operating and capital budgeting processes across multiple service lines and locations Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools Analyze physician productivity, RVUs, patient volumes, revenue trends, and operational performance Support business planning initiatives including provider expansion and service line growth Partner with Revenue Cycle and operational leaders to improve reporting accuracy and financial performance Drive process improvement, reporting automation, and scalable analytics solutions Oversee service line and cost accounting analytics to support data-driven decision making Support provider compensation analysis, productivity monitoring, and quality incentive programs Lead monthly operating reviews and provide actionable variance analysis and insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required Master's degree preferred CPA or CMA preferred 7+ years of healthcare finance experience required Experience supporting physician groups, ambulatory operations, or medical practices strongly preferred Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, analytics, and operational finance Experience with provider compensation, RVUs, service line analytics, or healthcare reporting highly desirable Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required Experience with Axiom, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar financial systems preferred Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills What Makes This Opportunity Exciting Highly visible leadership role with executive exposure Opportunity to help modernize healthcare finance operations and analytics Strategic partnership with physician and operational leadership Growth-focused and innovation-driven environment Ability to make a meaningful impact across a complex healthcare organization If you are interested in learning more about this confidential opportunity, please apply or message directly for additional details.
