Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, and roofing products to Homeowners.Position:
Bilingual Financial Controller Oversee our financial operations and work directly with the CEO. This role manages a small team (2 direct reports) and is responsible for all financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and budgeting activities.Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (required) Home Improvement Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities Lead and manage accounting team (2 direct reports) Handle A/P, A/R, payroll, cash flow and insurance compliance Prepare financial statements and month-end reports Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning IRS and tax compliance Analyze financial data and recommend improvements Support management with payroll and financial questions Implement new processes and improve efficiency Inform CEO on all important financial and tax matters Requirements 10+ years accounting experience and 5+ years in Financial Management (Home Improvement required) Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance Experience with multi-location operations Strong payroll, insurance, and job-cost accounting experience Hands-on leadership style and strong problem-solving abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) Position Offer Competitive compensation packageTo Apply:
