Controller Salary:
$140,000-$160,000

Key Responsibilities of the Controller Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, job cost accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets, as the Controller Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP as the Controller Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements while leading audit efforts as the Controller Partner with operations to analyze project performance, track costs, and improve profitability as the Controller Drive reporting enhancements, ERP optimization, and process automation while mentoring and developing the accounting team as the Controller Qualifications for the Controller Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility Strong experience in project‑based or job cost accounting environments with solid GAAP and SOX knowledge Work Environment for the Controller Hybrid or onsite flexibility, depending on business needs Fast‑paced, project‑driven organization with strong cross‑functional collaboration Direct partnership with both finance and operations leadership #LI-TJ1 #INMAY2026
