Responsibilities Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee construction project financials, including cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports for executive review and stakeholder communication. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies. Collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs, review contracts, and support project estimating efforts. Implement and maintain construction management software systems such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools for project scheduling and cost control. Conduct regular audits of financial data related to construction projects and site operations to ensure integrity and transparency. Skills Proven experience with construction estimating, project management, and construction site operations. Strong proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (Primavera), Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and schematics reading. Expertise in contract review, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation within a construction context. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. Deep understanding of construction project scheduling and coordination processes. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and field operations is a plus.
