seeks a Director of Finance. Position in Miami, FL. Manage financial flows of company projects. Conduct in-depth financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities, project cash flows, & optimize the capital structure of real estate projects, among other duties. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent, and 36 months of experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, Controller, or similar occupation. We could accept a Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent, and 12 months of experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, Controller, or similar occupation.
Special Skills:
Must have experience in each of the following: Performing financial modeling and forecasting using tools including Microsoft Excel. Developing dashboards and interactive reports using business intelligence platforms. Using Enterprise Resource Planning systems to retrieve, reconcile, and validate financial data.
