Prepare detailed financial statements, project profitability reports, and work-in-progress (WIP) schedules. Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and lien/retainage processes for construction projects. Ensure compliance with GAAP, construction-specific regulations, and bonding requirements. Support pre-construction estimating, change order tracking, and contract compliance. Lead audits, tax filings, and subcontractor payment certifications. Analyze project margins and identify cost-saving opportunities.
