DCD Vehicle Corp. is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs), dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality transportation solutions across the United States. With expanding manufacturing operations, a growing nationwide dealer network, and ambitious long-term growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our financial organization and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to build scalable financial systems, drive operational excellence, and help shape the future of a high-growth manufacturing company. Position Summary The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, cost accounting, tax compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial planning. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role will play a critical role in supporting business growth, improving operational efficiency, and providing financial insight for key strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership Lead all finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and executive presentations. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems. Strategic Planning & Business Partnership Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and other departments to support business objectives. Drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling and performance analysis. Manufacturing Finance Lead manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, variance analysis, and gross margin reporting. Analyze production costs and operational KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities. Improve financial visibility across manufacturing operations and inventory management. Support pricing strategy and profitability analysis. Cash Flow & Treasury Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations. Optimize liquidity while supporting business expansion initiatives. Monitor capital expenditures and return on investment. Compliance & Risk Management Oversee corporate tax compliance, external audits, insurance audits, and regulatory reporting. Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance. Coordinate with external auditors, CPA firms, banks, insurance providers, and government agencies. Leadership Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Support organizational growth through scalable financial processes and systems. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, and internal controls. Extensive experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel. Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal). Preferred Candidates with experience in the following industries are highly preferred: Manufacturing;Industrial Equipment;Automotive;Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV);Golf Carts;Heavy Equipment;Precision Manufacturing;Industrial Products Additional preferred qualifications include: Manufacturing cost accounting expertise. Multi-state business operations experience. Experience supporting rapid organizational growth. Experience working with international business operations or multinational organizations. United States Compensation Base Salary:
Starting from $180,000+ annually , commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives and executive-level benefits.
