This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth, in-office environment requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy workloads.Salary:
Base salary up to $160,000 +/- plus up to 20% bonus, 401(k) match of 100% on the first 3% and 50% on the next 2%, and 17 days PTO prorated in the first year.Position Overview:
The Controller will lead accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive system and process improvements in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Develop and improve accounting policies and procedures
- Optimize ERP system usage and reporting capabilities
- Support audits and work with external accounting partners
- Oversee multi-state compliance and tax processes
- Support system improvements and integrations
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in high-growth environments (required)
- Strong ERP and systems experience (required)
- Advanced Excel skills with heavy daily usage (required)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience with audits and external partners
- Experience with revenue reporting and process improvement
