Job Description
Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial finance professional to join our Management Company finance team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing corporate accounting operations while helping to build scalable processes to support the firm's continued global growth. This is a high-visibility role offering ownership of financial reporting, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to drive process improvements through technology and automation. The position will initially focus on U.S. legal entities, with increasing global responsibility as the platform continues to expand within private credit. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building best-in-class processes, and is excited to contribute to a growing, dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee U.S. corporate accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, liquidity forecasting, AP, intercompany activity, and T&E Lead the monthly close process and prepare/review financial statements in accordance with
U.S. GAAP
Partner with Fund Operations on revenue recognition, including complex fee arrangements Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals across both U.S. and offshore locations Support internal/external audits and regulatory reporting requirements Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and FP&A teams Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decision-making Identify and implement process improvements across close and reporting cycles Support product and distribution teams with financial information and RFP responses Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior leadership, including the Executive Committee Participate in special projects as the finance function continues to scale Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience; CPA strongly preferred Background in public accounting with experience in alternative asset management Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience managing and collaborating with global teams Strong ownership mindset with the ability to problem-solve and drive initiatives independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsSimilar remote jobs
