Controller/VP Finance Rx Valet, LLC Lawrenceville, GA Job Details Full-time $110,000 - $150,000 a year 9 days ago Qualifications Operational analysis Performance management Team development QuickBooks Process management Full Job Description The Financial Controller will oversee all accounting and financial functions at Rx Valet, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This individual will play a critical leadership role in ensuring financial discipline, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive leader who is highly proficient in QuickBooks, understands complex revenue streams — including PBM, pharmacy, and alternative sourcing models — and can manage and develop a team of financial analysts. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Accounting
  • Oversee all day-to-day accounting functions: ◦ Accounts Receivable (AR): invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and aging management ◦ Accounts Payable (AP): vendor management, payment processing, and controls
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Maintain and improve internal accounting policies, procedures, and controls Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
  • Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with company growth
  • Analyze key business drivers including pharmacy spend and savings performance, client-level profitability, and revenue streams across PBM, DMP, and pharmacy operations
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights Systems & Process Management
  • Serve as the internal QuickBooks expert, ensuring optimal system utilization and data integrity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
  • Support integration of financial data across operational platforms Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop a team of approximately 5-6 financial analysts and accounting staff
  • Establish performance expectations, workflows, and accountability measures
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements (GAAP)
  • Support audits, reporting requirements, and external financial reviews as needed
  • Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices
Pay:
$110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
