Construction-Related Industry Experience Salary Range :

Up to $150k to $200k depending on experience

Qualifications :

Accounting Knowledge :

Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Familiarity with construction ERP systems. Experience with consolidation accounting for C-Corporations with LLC subsidiaries.

Leadership Skills :

Ability to run a team of 5-6 people.

Independence :

Individuals who are independent and do not require micromanagement.

Industry Experience :

Experience in General Contracting (GC), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, or plumbing.

Regulatory Knowledge :

Experience with multi-state corporate registrations and licensing. Knowledge of sales and use tax rules for contracting. Familiarity with heating and air replacement. Must have multi-state work experience, including: Department of Revenue. SOC (System and Organization Controls). State licensing boards. Paperwork rules.

Position Type :
