Back To Results Controller Job Description Established Atlanta headquartered company is seeking a "hands-on" Controller to join their team due to continued growth.. This position will lead the accounting team of 4 - 5 and will report directly to the CFO.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the month end close process Prepare monthly and annual external and internal financial reporting and analysis Manage and mentor the general accounting team Oversee Inventory transactions Develop and maintain financial controls Direct accounting policies and procedures Special projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. CPA and/or MBA a plus Minimum 10 years accounting experience to include a mix of public audit experience and corporate accounting experience. Excellent leadership skills. Must have managed a staff of at least 2-4 professionals.
