DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing finance and business professional to work directly with an entrepreneur leading an established company while launching several exciting new ventures. You will own the financial foundation of the organization while helping shape strategy, improve operations, implement technology, and build scalable businesses. This is not a traditional accounting position. It is an opportunity to become one of the most influential leaders in a growing organization with a clear path toward becoming a future Chief Financial Officer. Why This Opportunity is Different You will work directly with ownership across multiple business initiatives involving manufacturing, international sourcing, product development, distribution, e-commerce and business growth. Your Primary Mission Own the financial health of the organization while helping leadership make better business decisions through accurate reporting, forecasting, analysis and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly financial reporting and P&L analysis Build budgets, forecasts and cash flow models Develop KPIs and executive dashboards Improve profitability through financial analysis Partner with CPAs, banks and outside advisors Improve ERP systems and business technology Lead operational improvement initiatives Support startup companies and future acquisitions Drive AI and automation projects Become a trusted advisor to ownership Who You Are You are curious, analytical and driven to learn. You enjoy solving business problems—not just recording transactions. You embrace technology, ask great questions and enjoy helping businesses grow. Most importantly, you want to build a long-term career and eventually become a CFO.
