Job Responsibilities Responsible for directing business planning initiatives including budget forecasting and reporting functions; supporting the CFO and executive team with financial analysis and decision-making. Develop forecasting models, monitor company performance against budget, standardize reporting practices, and manage labor and financial management systems. Collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain input into the strategic planning and forecasting processes. Supervise development of multi-year strategy, forecast and investment pipeline supporting the company's global business ventures. Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis. Minimum Requirements 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in finance, accounting or project management role. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Hospitality experience is highly preferred. Highly proficient in Excel, with exceptional analytical, reporting, and financial modeling skills. Come Work Here! While base pay starts at $110,000- $121,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
