You will also lead a small, capable team, giving you the chance to develop others while strengthening your own leadership experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the short
• and long-term financial performance of the business
• Ensure all financial processes meet corporate policy and GAAP standards
• Manage cash flow and treasury activities effectively
• Develop reporting systems to track performance against budgets and prior years
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including sales, costs, and capital spend
• Work with auditors to review financial records and operations
• Liaise with legal and tax authorities to meet regulatory requirements
• Monitor working capital and capital expenditure
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction activities

• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Around 10 years' relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
• Background in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and compliance
• Confident managing teams and working cross-functionally
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day detail
