Gosling & Company, P.C. Gosling & Company, P.C., a respected public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Controller/CFO to join our team! This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility for day-to-day accounting and financial management. The current individual in this position is retiring and will be available for a transition period to ensure a smooth handoff. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage accounting systems and records for four related entities: Main operating company Real estate rental entity Equity partnership Small investment LLC Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements. Prepare budgets and forecast cash flow. Process semi-monthly payroll and reporting for 30-40 employees with varied compensation structures. Coordinate with internal HR and third-party administrators for employee benefits administration. Manage accounts payable, deposits and cash flow. Manage liability and malpractice insurance. Record corporate minutes for shareholder meetings. Prepare annual valuations and buy-sell agreements for shareholders. Manage annual office remodel and improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting (required); CPA preferred. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
