This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys both day-to-day accounting and high-level business strategy What You Will Own Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Oversee manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory costing, and profitability analysis Supervise accounting operations and manage the Accounting/HR Coordinator Administer employee benefits and the company's 401(k) plan Serve as liaison with insurance brokers and benefit providers Oversee purchasing of raw materials and operational supplies Partner directly with ownership on financial strategy, capital planning, investment decisions, and cash reserve management Analyze business performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and growth
