Job Overview We're currently partnering with a well-established, privately held construction services firm with a strong national presence and decades of success delivering large-scale projects across the U.S. This organization is known for its hands-on leadership, long-tenured team, and consistent project pipeline, having completed thousands of projects over its history.

Engagement:

Contract-to-hire (with strong intent to convert) This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Owner, offering the opportunity to oversee the full accounting function and play a key role in the company's continued growth. The current leader is retiring, creating a unique transition opportunity. What they're looking for: CPA required Strong background in construction accounting/job costing Experience leading and developing teams Hands-on leadership style with ability to operate in a lean, collaborative environment Experience with Sage 300 (required) What you'll be doing: Overseeing all accounting and financial operations Managing and mentoring a small accounting team Partnering directly with ownership on financial strategy and reporting Ensuring accuracy in job costing, WIP reporting, and project financials This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working directly with ownership, and making an immediate impact in a stable, growing company.
