Your Role The Vice President of I/DD Program Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management for the agency's Indiana services, Production Department, and community support services, including intake, Service Coordination, Employment Services, and Community Day Services. This executive role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered programs that prioritize community integration and consumer choice. They drive the strategic development of innovative service models aligned with CQL standards and the agency's mission and values, fostering growth, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement across all service areas. Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and leadership to program administrators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all program areas. Oversee strategic operations of the Production Department to ensure effective programming and meaningful work opportunities for individuals served. Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that prioritize individual rights, consumer choice, community integration, and compliance with all applicable regulatory bodies (e.g., DDRS, BQS, DRS, DHS, and CQL). Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with service goals and funding requirements. Lead the design and evaluation of progressive service delivery models that anticipate and respond to evolving consumer needs, state initiatives, and national best practices. Monitor key performance indicators and quality metrics in coordination with the Quality Improvement team to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continuous service enhancement. Guide program administrators in the creation and execution of performance and quality improvement plans to address identified service gaps or operational inefficiencies. Partner with the Chief Development Officer to drive marketing, community engagement, and program growth strategies that strengthen the agency's visibility and impact. Champion cross-functional collaboration with departments including Human Resources, Training, Nursing, Behavioral Services, and Transportation to deliver integrated, high-impact services. Lead strategic planning initiatives that support service diversification, geographic expansion, and organizational sustainability. Ensure a strong intake process and smooth transitions for new consumers entering services, with a focus on family engagement and person-centered planning. Stay actively engaged with local, state, and national committees or workgroups to remain informed of industry trends, funding changes, and policy developments impacting I/DD services. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to enterprise-level planning, crisis response, and leadership development efforts. Promote workforce excellence by supporting professional development, succession planning, and leadership training for program leaders and emerging talent. Represent the agency in external stakeholder relationships, including state agencies, provider associations, funders, and advocacy organizations. Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in human services related field. Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years' supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively work with consumers, outside providers, and families/guardians. Organizational and Time Management skills. Proficient in the use of computers, software applications, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits Generous paid time off 13 Paid holidays
