Controller:
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, and cash management functions
- Own month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements
- Manage ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred) and optimize financial workflows
- Oversee audits, compliance, and internal controls Qualifications for the
Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
- Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required
