This prestigious property is known for its championship 18-hole golf course and high-end hospitality, offering a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere for its active membership. The incoming professional will find a collaborative environment where they can take full ownership of the financial health of a $9.3 million operation while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in a desirable community known for its excellent schools and local amenities. Position Responsibilities Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, and cash management Manage the month-end close process and ensure the accuracy of all financial statements and supporting schedules Partner with the General Manager and department heads to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts Perform daily reconciliations of point-of-sale revenues and manage property-wide cash banks Act as the on-site human resources and benefits liaison, assisting with onboarding and personnel administration Ensure compliance with state and local tax filings and maintain all necessary business and liquor licenses Coordinate with the home office to track employee records and process weekly payroll Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience within the hospitality industry (Private Clubs, Hotels, or Resorts) Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is strongly preferred Hands-on experience with month-end close and operational accounting Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial data to non-financial managers Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized hospitality POS systems
