We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our leadership team. This hands-on role will partner closely with ownership and department leaders to provide financial insight, drive profitability, and support the continued growth of our company. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and leadership.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards that help drive business performance.
  • Analyze profitability and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Support payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial controls.
  • Build strong processes and provide leadership within the finance function. Skills
  • 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience.
  • Previous experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience in service, construction, or home services industries preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
