Senior Asset Manager | Growing Private Real Estate Platform | Chicago Area A well-established, privately held real estate company is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join their growing team, reporting directly to VP-level leadership and taking ownership of a large, diverse portfolio. This is a seat at the table, not just a seat at a desk.

If you've spent 5+ years in residential real estate and asset management and you're ready to lead, not just execute, this is the role. You'll drive NOI growth, build strategy, mentor a team, and operate as a true business partner to operations leadership. The portfolio is established, the platform is growing, and leadership wants someone who thinks like an owner. What you'll own: Multi-year business planning and performance execution across a large portfolio NOI growth strategies - rent, ancillary income, expense control, capex prioritization KPI-driven partnership with Property Management and Operations leadership Loan maturity, debt analysis, real estate tax valuations and appeals Due diligence and post-closing execution on acquisitions Mentoring and developing Asset Managers and Analysts What we're looking for: 5-10+ years of experience, majority in real estate and/or asset management Bachelor's in real estate, finance, economics, or related field A natural leader who can synthesize fast and communicate clearly Someone who operates with integrity and thrives in a collaborative environment
