Senior JDE Finance and Fixed Assets Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of JDE Finance and Fixed Assets modules Design and configure Fixed Assets processes , including capitalization, depreciation, asset transfers, and disposals Ensure accurate setup and compliance with tax depreciation rules (local statutory and regulatory requirements) Collaborate with finance leadership to align system capabilities with business and financial reporting needs Act as a trusted advisor to the Finance Controller and senior stakeholders Drive process improvements and best practices across finance operations Support financial audits , ensuring system data integrity and compliance Work closely with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in JD Edwards (JDE) Finance implementations Strong expertise in: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Deep understanding of tax depreciation methods, asset accounting, and statutory compliance Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to confidently interact with senior finance leadership Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multi-country tax and depreciation regulations Prior experience working directly with Finance Controllers / CFO office Exposure to process transformation initiatives Functional leadership or team management experience
