Analytics and Tools Leverage Business Central and advanced Excel to build models, analyze performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.
What You Bring:
5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment Strong expertise in: Cost accounting Variance and margin analysis Financial modeling Experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred) Advanced Excel skills Bachelor's degree required Strong communication and influencing abilities
Who Thrives Here:
You don't just report numbers—you challenge and interpret them You consistently push past surface-level answers to find real drivers You are confident offering ideas and influencing decisions You balance attention to detail with strategic thinking You want your work to directly impact business performance
What Sets You Apart:
Curiosity and a willingness to dig deeper than others A bias toward action—you don't just analyze, you improve Strong collaboration across finance and operations A sense of ownership and accountability for results
