Lead all accounting and financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and profitability metrics to guide leadership decisions. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash management. Manage lender, tax, and external accounting firm relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
