Controller:
Lead all accounting and financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and profitability metrics to guide leadership decisions. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash management. Manage lender, tax, and external accounting firm relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and margins to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain financial policies, risk management practices, insurance coverage, and lease agreements. Qualifications for the
Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or commercial interiors.
