- Track job costs including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor project margins and identify cost overruns
- Manage AP/AR, billing, collections, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and forecasts
- Oversee payroll, taxes, insurance, and internal controls Qualifications for the

- 7+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Construction industry experience required
