INHP is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and help drive sustainable growth and impact. The Opportunity As Director of Finance, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and treasury functions while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board. What You'll Do Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to support lending and program initiatives Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting (including federal grants and industry requirements) Guide financial strategy for real estate and lending activities, including complex project analysis Ensure strong internal controls, policy compliance, and financial record integrity Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team Partner cross-functionally to evaluate major investments, programs, and organizational decisions What Skills you will need to Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree or
CPA/CFA/MBA
preferred 7-10 years of finance experience, including mortgage lending or financial services At least 5 years of leadership experience managing a finance team Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance (nonprofit, banking or mortgage experience a plus) Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and commitment to mission-driven work Why INHP?
