JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a private equity firm focused on technology-enabled businesses across healthcare, software, advanced manufacturing and environmental sustainability, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead portfolio finance, reporting and strategic planning initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing budgeting, forecasting, developing financial models and performance analyses and partnering with executive leadership and portfolio companies to drive value creation and operational improvements. The ideal candidate has strong private equity or corporate finance experience, advanced financial modeling and reporting capabilities, and a proven ability to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced investment environment.
